Detailing an Outland Models Office Building to Create Hope Springs Variety

Hope Spring Variety was created by detailing Outland Models Modern City Tall Industrial Building Office. I separated the kit into two parts, using one half for Hope Springs and reserving the remainder of the components for a future structure. Plain styrene was used to fashion the missing walls, as well as a simple rooftop structure. A freelanced ventilation system was constructed using leftover sprues. Hope Spring Variety and 金属加工 Industries occupy a small elevated area that has been wholly abandoned – even squatters won’t bother with the ruins.
